Arrived at location on 1/16/23 - Found top oven out tried to lit would not hold found thermocouple burnt up do to gas leak at pilot assembly replaced thermocouple and repaired leasnd tested unit pilot held cycled main burner on burner lit unit tested ok
SLUSHY MACHINE -- Bad timer message 12/4/20 Found the tic clock error.. Need control board. Will order and return. 12/11/20 Upon arrival unit was off. The board was replaced and unit test ran. Compressor runs Unit is in working condition.
examined Electric Fryer unit, not pumping back, motor works but thermal reset button is bad. Must press and hold to get unit to pump, pushed too many times and broke. Must replace. Pump is bad, not able to create suction. Tried moving actuator to switch between JIB and pan but no help. Will order pump and motor and return. Note: quoting additional repairs, closing out this work order.
Bottom Convection Oven Pilot lights but not sensing flame, cleaned flame sense probe, still not sensing, spark is weak, unit will need new flame sensor and ignition module, unit is not functional at this time Note: quoting additional repairs (if parts are still available). Closing out this work order.
Customer stated doors on both Convection Ovens. ot always staying closed and top oven doesn't always restart. customer hits side of unit and it powers back up. adjusted both doors. bottom closes tight but top catch pieces worn. was able to get top oven to not restart. tapped on door switch and unit turned on. adjusted door switch positioning so switch closes more completely. tightened door handles and tested. oven didn't mess up again. will order door catch for top and return. customer will advise if top oven issue persists. 5/16/19 Installed new door catch pieces and adjusted. tested. good to go.
Replaced Clamshell speed control board and tested. No errors came up, then tapped plate found control that customer got is for two headed platter GRILL, need different control. Customer brought another control, was the same.
Needs pressure relief 3/4 fittings and a 2ft fittings and a 2ft drain pipe off of pressure relief valve. 10-30-17 Examined unit. Replaced PRV with new piping and pulled unit into vacuum and tested. Unit up and running at this time.
Examined unit. Pulled cover off. Heating element tested good. Thermostat tested good. Temp gauge is broken. Unit cycled. Set dial @ 7 1/2. Unit heated to 180* F and cycled off. Cooled down to 165* and cycled on. Checked power cord. Tested good. Then tested bad. Need new power cord and temp gauge. 10-17-17 Removed temp display and cord and replaced with new and strain relief. Tested unit, working good.
Examined booster heater unit. found leak coming from booster water filter fittings. Removed fitting, cleaned, taped, doped and assembled. Fittings no long leaking. Also found slight leak on water shut off gate valve. Tightened packing nut, leak stopped. Advised customer to have maintenance replace with ball valve. Tested good.
Quote to repair Insinger dishwasher 12/21/16, 12/23/16, 12/27/16 Removed and replaced compressor, piping and expansion valve. Re-charged system, adjusted to increase superheat.
Examined unit. Noticed vat was closed on this unit, other 3 had open. Opened and closed door several times, fan always shut off. Pulled top panel to test switch, works and looks perfect. Put pan of water and closed vent on another oven. Steam came out. Did same with this oven, steam also came out with vent closed. Top panel on bottom ovens very hard to remove and put back on. Tightened screws on switch.
Examined machine. Filled and started cycled rack through- wash temp 140*. Rinse temp 190*. Drained unit and checked for bad elements. Found wash temp board no power out. 11-29-16 Examined unit. Fill tanks. Replaced temp controller and tested. Found float and probe assembly shorted out. Will Id part and order. When board shorted out, must have taken out probe. 1-4-17 Removed and replaced probe assembly. Tested unit for filling and heat. Right side wash tank, everything working correctly. Adjusted temp higher.
Found left and middle platen stuck in up position. Found 3 of 4 position switches acting up. Changed all 4 position switches, both upper limit switches, were bent and replaced motor. Changed in both units (customer had 1 on site). Tested and calibrated all okay.
Removed belly pans. Removed all wells. Cut back old wire, gutted unit completely. Rewired from hot leads to each t-stat. Put in new wells. Filled with water, checked and found no leaks. Turned on power. Turned on all half way and heated.
Victory Reach-IN-Cooler Tech examnined unit and found water leaking from drip tray, no water in evap pan. Cleaned drains, water filled drip pan.
