Arrived at location on 3/3/23 - Found no signs of leaks. Let the unit heat and periodically checked for leaks throughout heat up. Found none. Possibly within gas valves or hoses. Will return to replace them. Returned on 3/13/23 - Replaced valves and hose. Tested and checked for leaks. Found all ok at this time.
Arrived at location on 2/9/22 - Pulled unit apart and found needs thermostat. Will order and return. Returned to location on 2/16/22 - Replaced thermostat and tested. Found unit to cycle and came to ready and settled cycle. Found all ok at this time.
Arrived at location on 2/9/22 - Replaced thermostat and pilot tube. Found all ok at this time.
Arrived at location on 1/26/22 - Checked over unit found steams right away. Lowered thermostat and watched cycle found ok also noticed drain not draining. Will need to order and return also need to order level probes. Returned to location on 2/2/22 - Replaced probes. Found tank will not drain. Siphoned out water and attempted to clear drain. Poured delimer in and will let soak over night. Will return to finish repairs. Returned on 2/3/22 - Replaced valve. Tested found ok at this time.
Arrived at location 1/17/22 - Found bad timer allowing steam into cooking chamber without being in cook mode. Will order and return. Returned on 1/20/22 - Shut off power at breaker, had to break apart old timer to remove, installed new timer, closed up and turned breaker on, let unit fill and heat, unit started steaming before ready light came on, found operating thermostat turned up all the way, adjusted thermostat, unit stopped steaming and ready light came on, turned on timer, cooking light came on and unit producing steam, confirmed unit working correctly at this time.
Removed Oven blower wheel and removed motor. Found mounting bolts to back panel one is snapped off inside and the other is stuck inside due rivet free spinning, will need to order back panel to complete install. 9/18/20 -Replaced back mount and installed motor, turned on checked operation found okay. Unit is operating correctly at this time.
checked over bottom oven unit, found pilot not lighting, found this caused by ignitor grounded to pilot assembly, realigned ignitor, turned on unit, pilot is now lighting, found main burners not lighting, found this caused by main gas valve wires disconnected, reconnected wires to gas valve, turned on unit, pilot lights, main gas valve opens and burners and lit, allowed unit to heat, allowed thermostat to cycle, pilot and burners are now igniting every time, tested operations, confirmed unit working correctly at this time
Checked Griddle unit found pilot flame not reaching left side burner causing delayed ignition. Adjusted pilot assembly. Unit lighting normally at this time. Checked calibration of far right two burners found inside burner calibration good found far right burner high by 40°f. thermostat would not adjust. Customer elected to not change thermostat at this time.
Found Gas Fryer unit on with pilot lit, only could not get burners to light. Checked millivolts from thermopile found to be low. Replaced thermopile, Lit pilot and turned burners on. Allowed unit to heat through temperature scale. Verified unit cycled properly. Found okay. Unit is operating correctly at this time.
Tested Toaster unit, found chain loose. Adjusted motor and lubed chain. Ran unit, found all okay at this time.
Found heated landing zone unit on the top shelf in back storage. Pulled apart, found burnt crumbs and dust. Cleaned and removed heaters to fully clean under them, plugged unit in and tested, found all okay at this time.
Checked over Steamer unit, found solenoid stuck. Will need to order new and return. 7-27-18 Replaced valve, tested okay. Customer needs to clean it prior to use.
I found the one gate was broken off of Toaster. We will need to order parts and return to repair. I called the manufacturer and spoke to Kelly for part numbers. The model and serial number are no long present on the unit so it took a little longer. 7-20-18 Took unit apart and removed the old gate assembly and bushing. Then installed the new kit and lubricated the bushings and contact points. I checked operation and the unit is running fine at this time. **Travel Charges billed on wo# 160670**
Checked out the door glides on JAC Dishwaser and they are all in rough shape. I spoke with manager and she gave me the okay to replace them all. We will need to order and return to install. I called the manufacturer and spoke to Mia for the part numbers. 6/19/18 installed slides, okay
Found warming table switch is broke, will need to order and return. 6/1/18 Removed failed top plate switch, replaced switch, energized and checked operation. Unit operating normally at this time. *Travel Charges Billed on wo# 157866*
Checked over unit, found rinse hot but has poor recovery time. Pulled covers, found element bent out of shape and float switch stuck, also wires burnt at contactor. Spoke to Kerwin Wilcox, said to QWP (Expedited Freight) parts. Will also need 10g hi-temp wire when parts come in. 10/3/17 replaced contactor, float switch, and element. Reassembled unit, tested operation, found operating correctly at this time and ready to use.
Check over unit found 3 amp fuses blown. Found they are supposed to be 6.3 amp, left site to get fuses found none local. Got back to site checked with meter in line that the 6.3 fuse blew found 24 amps. Traced wires found issue to be with small control on the inside of unit. Also needs knob and bulb above display control will ID parts and return, QWP (expedited freight) parts per Jim S. 4/5/17 replaced lamp and fuses. Check for good mounting for power supply, got all installed tested okay. Replaced knob kit, all OK at this time in all modes. **Travel Charges billed on WO#132015
Found bottom unit working, checked gas pressure and found same issue as top unit with over 15"wc. Spoke with maintenance, they said to fix the issue. 2/23/17 Billy F- found unit on and hot. Let cool, moved out and changed eternal supply lines and installed a regulator, new hose with quick disconnect fitting, and flex hose so unit can be moved for inspections and cleaning. Checked incoming gas pressure, adjusted from 15" to 6". Checked internal valve regulator to be sure it was still at 3.5"wc because of running with the gas pressure as high as it has been. Unit okay at this time. ** Travel Charges billed on WO#129516
Found unit off, when turning unit on, immediately goes into E111 error, cavity sensor error. Inspected unit and found a hold and bare wires showing on cavity sensor. Need to replace sensor, will order part QWP (expedited freight) per Heidi Weiss and return to install. 1-12-17 found unit off, replaced faulty cavity sensor. Started unit and let heat up to temp. Ran unit found okay at this time.
Found kettle and steamers on, disconnected power and gas, removed old leg assembly, outlets, trunion, found supply side corroded and broke in half. Replaced with new and turned on, kettle would not steam. Bled thermostatic trap per Doug and kettle released steam but trap will not stay open. Will order and return. 8-15-16 found unit on, checked part, found wrong style, will obtain correct one and return. 8-26-16 found unit on and in use. Waited until after lunch to replace steam trap. Re-lit, tried to open inlet valve on kettle, was not getting correct amount of steam. Tried bleeding lines, still not working. Steam to inlet legs ad all supply lines are too hot to touch including steam trap. Kettle seems like it has about half the steam. Per Doug, he will look at unit next week in AM. 8-29-16 checked and found no flow of steam through kettle, pulled part and found new valve clogged up. Removed kettle and forced water through kettle and cleaned, kettle, valve, arms and lines to and fro
Checked over unit, found timer skips at the end and will need new assembly. Also customer showed washer on top outside of spinning drum broke off, will also need replaced. Customer will call if they want us to order parts.
