New Cumberland PA Commercial Refrigeration

Arrived at location on 3/21/23 - Unit has not been making ice for a little bit now. I removed the old filter and replaced with one they had on hand. I took the unit apart and cleaned and sanitized all removable parts. Cleaned evaporator the best I could with the tight room I had. This is an old unit that shoots water up to the evaporator. Found that there was a ton of mineral build up in the reservoir and inside of the nozzle. Cleaned all of it out, however there are two holes that have large rocks jammed inside that aren’t distributing water to the evap. A push pin could possibly get them out. Once unit was cleaned and sanitized I put it back together and had it go through a few wash cycles. Turned unit on and watched it make two batches of ice. The nozzle that distributes water across the evap isn’t getting enough pressure to shoot water into all the holes of the evaporator. I believe the water inlet valve is clogged. Arrived at location on 9/16/22 - Removed old unit and switched gas line around and cleaned the table. Installed new unit and checked the gas, it has 6” wc. put all together and cleaned. operation ok.

checked out Combi Oven unit and found that unit was in gas reset. reset gas valve and checked operation. found that there was no air coming out of the steam generator. pulled out ignitor and found that generator is full of water. generator is leaking internally and will need replaced. will quote repairs. 1= 87.00.412= generator 1= 87.00.451= burner 1= 87.00.663= ignitor 1= 72.00.048= insulation 2= 2112.1006= steam hose 1= 72.00.020= burner gasket . quote before ordering.

3 phase breaker on Garland Oven unit is going bad. Ovens are 40 yrs old. Called Garland and got part number, will order. 01/11/19 Came in with parts, removed old circuit breaker and installed new one and checked operation, okay.

Used torch and hot water to remove thick ice from front and back of Walk-In Cooler evaporator coil. Cleaned back of coil. Condenser coil was also clogged with little air movement. Chemically cleaned the condenser coil, pressures are good. Box is coming down in temp, full of product running warm. Will take awhile to get down to temp. Checked temp controller.

Removed old oven and installed new combi. Calibrated oven with flue analyzer. Checked all operation, Okay

Was reported it had been working ok so far this week. Found scale build up on float switches. Cleaned. Checked cavity fan. Ok. Checked gas pressure 4.5"wc. Checked electrical incoming power 122 v. Both ok. Unit will need delimed. spoke with manager. They will delime unit. Let unit fill and tested. System operation ok - Not a warranty issue-lime and no defect found

Checked out unit and found drain bow over heating. Found flow restrictor bad along with T-stat and axial fan. Will quote job to Bonnie -- Quote was approved, ordering parts. -- Came in with parts. Removed and replaced Axial fan, Water valve and Hi Limit. Checked operation okay **Travel Charges billed on WO#110794
