Commercial Kitchen Equipment Repair Service. Arrived at the client's location on 5/19/23 to repair their commercial dishwasher. Arrived onsite and powered unit on. Heater contactor would rapidly cycle on and off. Powered off and turned back on to check voltage at booster element. This time contactor did not cycle but held. 251.9V at rinse and wash tank elements. Rinse elements pulling about 30 amps and wash tank elements pulling 6.8 amps. After about 5 minutes contactor started to cycle again rapidly. Took coil connections off and found 2 of them to be very loose. Added new terminals and reconnected. Also found a ground on panel had the tightening nut backed off. Checked all grounds and retightened. Powered unit back on and ran several cycles through unit without issue. Unit now heats and cycles as should. Okay.

Customer stated both top and bottom ovens intermittently not heating properly. unit is 3 inches away from deep fryer on control side. unit heating properly at this time but fryer is off. advised customer controls most likely overheating and causing issues. will order parts. Paul said he will work on getting some sort of barrier in between units. 2/24/21 Disassembled and replaced pilot, control, probe, potentiometer and module . Reassembled and tested. The unit is up and running.
