Arrived on, 8/21/23- Tim While on site Ken Kade asked to have the a/c in the good spirit cafe checked out as it was leaking water. Found unit way out of level and no p trap on the condensate line. Propped up unit and adjusted the all thread to level the unit. Cut in a new customer supplied p trap and also found the panels were not sealed, screwed in the front panels and started unit. Checked for leaks and unit is no longer leaking at this time.
Arrived at location on 8/22/22 - Arrived to check over top c/o. Owner gave me 2 new roller catches to install on the top oven. The existing were sticking and they were having trouble opening the right door. Replaced both sides. Also, said there is clicking and t light is blinking when the clicking is occurring. Also, she said the the door handle pulled off when they were trying to open the right side door. She has since out a screw in to hold the handle. Turned on the top oven and let heat to set temp of 350° heated to 400° and cycled off. Set knob to 400° and reset temp to 350°. Let cool down. Cycled on at 342 and off at 358. Let cycle a few more times and it was ok. Bottom oven right side door was not closing. The roller catch was not moving. Replaced with left side roller catch from top oven, which was ok. Back in service.

Ran back up to temp with no noise and functioning good.
Found the Walk-In Cooler unit above 50 degrees Fahrenheit with the compressor running. Went on top and found the unit was low on refrigerant. The condenser fan shroud is missing and the door closer does not work. Leak tested and found the evaporator coil leaking. Added R404A to a little bit over a full sight-glass. Brushed off condenser coil. Need to quote . Norlake does not identify parts after hours. Need to call on Monday.

Top oven 2nd row. Tested unit. No power to contactor but have the 24 vdc to the coil and contactor pulls in. Found the circuit breaker off inside unit. Reset and now unit heats. 29A for L1 & L2, but 39 for L3. Also water solenoid valve is not working but have 24 vdc to it. Have water to it but not through it. Will order both parts and return.
