Arrived at location for pizza oven not working, tested outlet, outlet is a 208 volt Outlet, checked power coming into the unit, unit contactor is getting about 204 coming in, cooling fan on unit turns on but unit itself does not turn on - conveyor does not turn on, does not heat. I checked, I then called Lincoln, was on hold for about 30 minutes before Joe answered, the problem has got to be in the fuses, the high limit or the fuse holders or a loose connection. I checked for any loose or broken wire connections, wires seem to be solid and on, connections seem to be solid as well, When I first initially came high limit for unit was tripped, I reset the unit, that's when the cooling fan started running so I also checked the fuse holders and got continuity at the fuse holders, when checking fuse holders I noticed that the ice cube relay Sparks inside and also blew out one of the fuses, got no continuity and power switch either so will order fuses, call ice cube relay and a rocker switch,
checked Middle unit pilot was out, tried to light, wouldn't hold. traced to red wire from hi limit pulled off valve and red lead from Thermopile was loose. couldn't tighten t pile lead tied into red lead from limit and plugged into valve. lit pilot ,held and brought to temp 350. cycled and pilot held. unit operational job complete.
