Commercial Kitchen Equipment Repair: The client's commercial pizza oven was cooking unevenly. I inspected and cleaned the heating elements, ensuring even heat distribution for perfectly baked pizzas.
Commercial Water Filtration System Installation. When a client called us to install a new water filtration system, I arrived, ready to take on the task. I undertook the installation of an advanced water filtration system. The upgrade met the client's stringent requirements and ensured crystal-clear water, aligning with the expectations of establishments.
Commercial Booster Heater Installation: In an effort to improve water heating efficiency, we seamlessly installed a booster heater into the existing kitchen infrastructure. This upgrade significantly enhanced overall performance and hot water delivery.
The juice and soda beverage dispenser does not have enough CO2 pressure and the soda is coming out flat. Troubleshoot the CO2 supply and adjust to the correct psi according to the manufacturer's limit.
Arrived at location on 8/4/21 - Replaced switch for steamtable. Plugged in and tested, all ok.

examined HOB Dishwasher unit, found wash tank contactor kicks off at 178 when sitting started using and temp slowly drops to 140. turned up booster temp setting to 194. now rinse temps are 186 to 188 this helped wash temp up to 146 when operating found 1 part of wash element not heating will order and return. 3/17/21 replaced wash element cleaned off temp probe filled tank no leaks heated to 180 customer set point started running trays rinse up to 188 wash never went below 162 after 12 trays element drawing 45 amps per leg all 3 all okay.
Replaced CMA Dishwasher pump and hoses, cut back incoming water line and attached, filled with water and ran for several minutes - no leaks during repair. We broke cap tube for wash temp and wash hi limit - will replace at no charge.
9/14/20 Got Reach-In Cooler model and s# model Dl3r s#135A1730 continental gasket left door 21.5by 60.5 and id'd gaskets. Will order and return. 9/21/2020 Replaced right and left door gaskets.
Examined Convection Oven, unit found glass broken on bottom oven left door glass cannot be replaced, customer needs new door assembly - spoke to Jamie, will order new door. 6/16/2020 Removed and replaced left door and bushings, adjusted heated and tested all okay
Examined Convection Oven unit, found igniter weak, replaced, also found flame sensor out of alignment, cleaned and adjusted and tested, unit working at this time.
Examined Ice Machine unit and found ice level near bottom of bin. Found no error codes on board. Watched freeze cycle. Ice sheet okay and harvest okay. Every now and then water pump stops. Will order new pump locally. Called United. They will have one on Monday. 12/30/19 Returned and removed faulty water pump. Installed a new water pump. Checked 3 cycles.
Examined Booster Heater unit. traced issue to booster heater not heating. relay board bad. not powering contactors and shows sign of corrosion. will order and return. customer is currently using low temp chemicals. 11/26/19 located breaker which is shared with disposal. removed and replaced temp controller. programmed and tested. ran dishwasher to cycle unit. rinse at 190 on dishwasher. good to go
examined Convection Oven unit, opened top cover, adjusted switch and bracket and tested, all okay
Opened Hot Well front panel, had water spill out on me. Found breaker tripped, on off switch okay found set control board. 1=deltbp00131= board Also bring 3" poly tube to raise board on posts. 1/25/19 r&r control board, started to heat, put panel back on, would not turn on. Found bad connection to switch. Allowed unit to heat and cycle.

Performed complete certification. Cleaned, adjusted and calibrated as needed, all okay.
Examined unit. Found 2 bad relays (bottom front and bottom back). Replaced and tested. Unit up and running.
Came here to do quoted repair on Vulcan. Griddle upon inspection, flue was totally clogged and needed to be cleaned out. Will order 4th from left thermostat per Bill. 4-13-17 Repaired gas flex-line and all burnt wiring. Tested unit, checked okay. Also had Chief Engineer check 4-24-17 Disassembled and replaced the 4th thermostat from the left. Reassembled and tested.
Examined unit (MDM Oven). Replaced conveyor drive motor. Put unit back together, rewired and ran set speed. Ran pies. Unit up and running.
Examined dishwasher. Found customer using unit. Spoke with Henry from maintenance. Unit tripped main breaker 2 times on Thursday night and 2 times on Friday. Checked total amp draw on machine while in use. Each leg pulling 11-1/2 to 12 amps. Checked amp draw on conveyor motor okay. Maintenance checked draw on exhaust hood on roof okay. If problem persists may have possible weak breaker.
Examined unit. No power to solenoid. Traced back to solenoid control board LED not lighting. 120V incoming. Changed board with wash board. Board working OK. Not getting signal to rinse. No continuity through upper eye beam. Cannot tell if final rinse board operating. Will order 1 set of beams (eyes) first. -- Replaced eyes for conveyor and relay. Found final rinse solenoid letting water thru but not up to temp. No 120 volts to steam solenoid valve for booster. Found losing power. Found relay point burnt. Put in relay that was taken out for conveyor, got rinse temp to 198*F. Note: rinse flow at @ 35 to 40 psi, can't adjust pressure reducer locked up.
Removed top cover. Unplugged all power, opened contactor box, replaced both elements, heat contactor, temp probe, pump switch, hi limit. Reassembled, filled with oil. Heated and tested.
Examined toaster and found crown side gate not opening. Adjusted tension on gate and tested. Did several cycles to open and close. Test okay
LINCOLN ELECTRIC OVEN Tech - Found unit off, breaker off. Checked hi limits and fuses good. turned breaker on, no power at oven. Ohmed out plug L1 open. Disassembled plug, found bracket to tighten cord in plug not tight. L1 pulled out. Repaired plug. Fully heated oven. Tested good
