Commercial Kitchen Appliance Repair Service: In a commercial setting, where a damaged door seal was causing temperature fluctuations, I replaced the seal. This meticulous repair ensures proper insulation, maintaining the freezer's efficiency.
Arrived to check on a noisy fan that the customer reported. The unit isn't cooling properly and the compressor is getting hot to the touch. Advised the customer not to run the unit until it was repaired. Motor in stock on truck to fit the unit. Replaced the motor and tested for proper function.

Removed and replaced transformer and contactor k1 and drain boots cracked replaced bushing unit blowing fuse in clean cycle, customer needs unit, will return and trouble shoot. Examined unit, found service 120 in unit tied to clean would not start clean cycle traced problem to triple solenoid not opening ovens manifolds together on drain line second man needed to split drain and extend drain temporarily so customer could use other oven, removed gas valve assembly to access and replaced triple solenoid, reassembled unit, ran through cleaning, tested good.
