Commercial Kitchen Equipment Repair: The client’s warmer was experiencing temperature control problems. I identified and replaced the faulty thermostats, ensuring precise temperature maintenance for optimal food service.

Commercial Convection Oven Installation. A client wanted to upgrade their restaurant with a new commercial convection oven. We positioned the oven, connected the gas line and electrical wiring, and fine-tuned the temperature controls. Thorough tests ensured consistent baking results, and the kitchen staff received training in operation and maintenance.

Preventative maintenance for pizza oven. Removed debris from the conveyor belt, checked for good airflow and clean vents, and checked the springs and gaskets. No repairs or replacements needed at this time.

Arrived at location on 6/25/21 to repair Southbend Kettle. Removed failed secondary low water cutoff and replaced. Energized and checked operations. Found no power to low water cutoff. Checked over unit, found wire broken off terminal in primary low water cutoff. Repaired wire, energized and checked operations unit operating normally at this time.

Arrived at location on 5/3/21 to check over proofing unit. Found working at this time, spoke with customer and went over issues. Found hi-limit broke off base and is floating in the air. possibly causing intermittent heating issues. Will order and return. Removed damaged hi limit, put drop of thermal compound on surface, installed new hi limit, turned on unit, tested operations, confirmed unit working correctly at this time.

Found Gas Fryer unit slightly under temping. Checked temperature probem found resistance readings off. Operated #2 vat with #3 probe and found thermotron board bad also. Will need temperature probe and thermotron board replaced. 11/30/20 Replaced probe and controller, temped unit found okay at this time

Replaced all wiring for both top and bottom Steamer components and both level probe housings. tested and found all okay at this time.

Checked over Dishwasher unit, found overload tripped for rinse motor, checked operations and found okay, found motor rates for 5.8 amps overload set at 5.5 and ran at 4.3 with a startup at 13.2. Raised to 6 amps and set to auto reset. Customer ran a few trays in and found okay. Closed up unit and advised customer to keep an eye on it and let us know if issue returns.

Checked over back line fryer unit, reset service error and checked possible causes, found fuse holder on far right vat with no screws. Also had a wire off of it, secured with new screws and secured wires as needed. Tested, all okay at this time.

Replaced fill valve on Southbend Kettle. checked operations. found running. will send additional quote for repairs needed.

Removed plug on JAC Dishwasher and drained old gear oil and installed new. Then checked for leaks and everything was sealed up good. I checked operation and the unit is running fine at this time.

Pulled unit apart and checked switches, found no signs of damage. Checked additional wires and found wire rubbed through. Repaired wire, found no power to unit, breaker was tripped. Reset and fired unit up, found gauge fitting leaks and need new fitting, site glass and customer would like filters changed and unit de-scaled. Will obtain parts and return to de-scale and replace part. 1-22-18 Drained the unit down open up and put scale remover inside and closed back up and filled. The unit has a lot of scale build up and will need additional cleaning after this service call. The unit should be treated more often in order get rid of the scale and keep it cleaned. This unit is very old and will need to be replaced Kin The near future. I changed out the scale stick, water filter and site glass gaskets. I flushed the boiler multiple times and then checked for leaks and it was good. I tried the firing up the unit and it wouldn't fire. I found a bad connection on one of the probes and replac

removed panel on FRY Fryer-Electric, found contactor chattering. Replaced, left side is showing "help" on display, workers play with drain valve until it starts working. Swapped controls panels of 2 units. If error occurs on right side fryer the control panel will need replaced.

Hatco Warming Cabinet Tech found unit on, making loud noise. Found fan motor assy needs replaced and level probe broken, hanging inside reservior. Customer requested quote for repair.
