Arrived at location on 3/15/22 - Replaced condensate pan for drain line.

Plugged Reach-In Freezer unit in . Unit would not start and had high amps. Went to check ohms and found start components bad. Put on a 3 n1 and unit started and ran for 15 minutes and then I turned unit off. Called Hoshizaki and was on hold 40 minutes so I hung up and emailed them. 2/19/21Replaced bad start components with oem parts and checked operation of system. System is operating properly at this time.

Arrived at location to replaced failed motor. Took blender apart and found that rubber studs need to be replaced due to damage. Will order parts and return to complete. 5/29/19 Replaced damaged motor mounts. Installed motor. Tested motor operation. No further problems.

Verified customer concern. Checked Reach-In Cooler unit and compressor getting very hot. Suction not cooling. Added piercing valves and found no gas at all in the unit. Removed piercing valves and brazed in access valves, added tracer charge and nitro leak checked. Found right side of evap coil leaking. Contacted Jeremy at MFG and he said unit is out of warranty. Will submit quote to Johnny's after parts are ID'd.

Checked unit, pilot would not even light, have no gas to unit, pulled out unit, found gas pressure regulator not working, installed new regulator, ran unit, adjusted gas pressure, checked for leaks unit heating now

Unit has code 10 through clean cycle, found SE pump bad, also door gasket bad, will order and return Paul Installed SE pump, door gasket and connector, brought unit to temp tested okay
