Commercial Kitchen Appliance Maintenance Service. We visited the client's location to conduct maintenance on the kitchen appliances in the business. Our process included inspecting each appliance, ensuring proper operation, cleaning the condenser coils in the freezer and refrigerator units, checking hinges and gaskets on appliance doors for proper closure, and thoroughly cleaning to remove grease build-up. Finally, we replaced filters in each kitchen appliance to ensure ongoing cleanliness and efficiency.
Commercial Pizza Oven Installation. Assisting a new pizzeria, we undertook a precise installation of their commercial pizza oven. We positioned the oven, secured gas and electrical connections, and conducted tests to ensure proper baking temperatures. The pizzeria owner was pleased with the swift installation of their fully functional oven.
Arrived at location on 8/8/22 - Found box temp at 29F, evaporator fans are running and coil is clear. Made rooftop access, checked condenser unit, found cycling off from high head pressure. Coil has spiders all over and tree seed pods and pollen stuck in the webs and causing low airflow. Cleaned off and chemically cleaned. Checked and box is now at 6F, confirmed unit working correctly at this time.
Arrived at location on 7/12/22 - Checked over unit, found nothing visibly wrong, put bags in and ran, unit pulled vacuum and sealed normally, repeated 2 more times. Spoke with kitchen manager, said that it seals but bags aren’t keeping vacuum. Put a wrench in bag and sealed on left side, let sit, both are holding, checked original bags and found some had lost vacuum. On closer inspection of bag it appears that they may have small punctures. Looked at unsealed bags and found a few more like that. Recommend keeping new bags in an area where they won’t be damaged.
Arrived to location on 1/24/22 - Spoke to customer was told they replaced motor timer but it may not be wired correctly. Called manufacturer to get wire diagram. Found timer was wired incorrectly. Rewired and checked operations. Unit operating normally at this time.
Arrived at location on 8/3/21 - Removed failed condenser fan motor and fan blade and replaced. Energized and checked operations unit operating normally at this time.
Checked over Reach-In Freezer unit, found door gasket damaged causing ice buildup in freezer. will order new gasket and return to install. 6/8/2020 Removed damaged gasket, installed new door gasket, tested operations, confirmed unit working correctly at this time **Travel Charges Billed on wo#205729**
No power to hot well - Found 120V incoming, no amp draw at heating element, heating element failed continuity check, heating element has failed and will need to be replaced, will quote.

checked over Dishwasher unit, found same fuse blown. traced all wires associated with that fuse. found water in pre-wash float box. found coming from drip/leak in table attached to unit. advised maintenance to repair table and add a leg in its place on table. drained electrical box and repaired damaged wire and tested okay. closed up unit and advised maintenance I left float box open so it will not fill up again and that they will need to close up after leak is resolved. will order float and replace due to possible unforeseen issues it may have to being shorted out numerous times. looked up part number and found it is no longer available.
Found Proofer water inlet hose pulled out of compression fitting. Removed side panel, Pushed hose back through rear of unit and reinstalled in fitting. energized unit and checked operation unit operating normally at this time.
Checked over Blended Ice Machine unit. found display blank with a line through the center. upon checking found all connections okay. will need to order display. 9/27/19 Replaced display and preformed update and got new menu emailed and uploaded. tested unit and found will need calibration. found customers scale did not work and they will calibrate it when they get scale working. unit functional at this time.
Found Grill unit not heating when switch is turned on. Looked over unit found wire was pulled out of wire nut attached wire and taped wire nuts so wires wont come out again. Turned on and found unit to heat, let unit heat. Unit is operating correctly at this time.
I checked over the Griddle unit and found multiple wires burnt, right heat selector switch bad, left stat bad and left terminal block needs replaced. The customer has the terminal block but we will need to order other parts and return to repair. All wires for the bottom terminal on left terminal block are zip ties together. The power is off to the unit at this time and I called the manufacturer for part numbers. 7/5/19 Installed parts tested unit, found okay, unit is operating correctly at this time.
Bunn Coffee Machine - took the line apart, cut out the bad part of the hose and replaced the the clamp. Then leak checked fitting and everything looked good. The unit is working fine at this time.
Found GRM Dispenser unit with dirty condenser cell. Cleaned coil, energized and checked operation. Found condenser fan motor locked up. Will need fan motor replaced. 2-1-19 Removed failed condenser fan and replaced. Energized unit and checked operation. Unit operating normally at this time. **Travel Charges billed on wo# 174680**
Found microwave oven mags not working on unit due to high limit burnt on top mag. Replaced high limit on mag and tested unit, found to be working okay at this time. 10-23-18 Dropped off repaired microwave, when in area.
There was power to the Dishwasher unit but nothing would come on. I found one of the small fuses was blown so I replaced it and when the unit went to drain I heard a pop. I disconnected the sink next to the unit so I could access the back of the unit. I found the vacuum break leaked and caused a dead short in the drain pump. I tested the other components and they all appeared to be working okay. We will need to order parts and return to repair the unit. I spoke to Jason at Insinger and he gave me the part numbers needed. The staff said I could leave the sink out and put it back in when we return. 7-24-18 - Removed the old drain pump, vacuum break, fittings, burnt terminals and pump timer and installed new. Then hooked up sink that is located next to the unit so I could turn the water back on. Then checked operation on the unit and it was running fine so I finished installing the sink. I checked for leaks and everything looked good. The unit is running fine at this time.
Found ice bin full. Ran unit through cycles, found working okay. Found unit full of scale, thickness sensor and water level sensor need replaced, unit will also need cleaned, bridge is too thick. 1/16/18 Found unit not running. Inspected unit found ice curtain stuck open and unit stuck in full bin status. Repaired ice curtain, removed ice thickness sensor, water level sensor and replaced with new parts. Energized and checked operation. Set bridge thickness. Unit operating normally at this time harvesting every 12 min. 30 sec. Spoke with manager would like cleaning scheduled. Also found head unit support grace installed incorrectly. Tried to relocate but screw is stripped will need drilled out when machine is empty.
Found unit # 3, only heating back side element, checked switch, found when switch is bumped it would occasionally heat both elements. Needs new switch. While checking voltage trough element, a microwave door was shut causing bracket to short out on element. Fount element will now not heat at all. and rear element is only 50%. Needs elements also. 1-5-18 Removed failed heating elements and installed two new elements and left extra for spare on site. Removed failed infinite switch and installed new switch, energized and checked operation. Found no power to front side elements . Found breaker bad and wiring burnt and bare inside conduit. Replaced breaker and rewired heating elements. energized unit all operations normal.
Found unit on. Replaced gas valves and knobs. Found gas leaking from valve and removed it, found 1st t-stat valve also needs replaced as well as flange and o ring. Will order and return. **travel/miles wo#131029
Found unit on and in use. spoke with manager he showed me issues with grill found three right thermostats bad and need replaced also can not shut off the right two and always put out gas. will also need unit to be cleaned out cause it''s full of soot burners will need to be pulled out and cleaned as well recommended unit be shut down due to safety hazard. possibly a fire hazard will submit a quote for repairs.
Turned unit off, let cool. Adjusted springs in back as tight as possible, told customer they were very worn. Will order springs and shock and return to install. 1-3-17 Removed from line and let cool.
