FAQs
A walk-in freezer's price varies greatly depending on its size, attributes, and features. Small walk-in freezers for residential use can cost anywhere from $3,000 to $5,000, while ones made for commercial usage can cost up to $30,000 or more. Larger sizes, modifications, energy-saving features, and extra accessories all raise the cost. It's important to take installation and continuing energy expenses into account. It's best to get in touch with suppliers or manufacturers to receive a precise price that is suited to your unique requirements.
Based on variables like the nature of the problem, the difficulty of the fix, and the accessibility of new parts, the time required to repair restaurant refrigeration can vary greatly. Minor repairs or easy maintenance jobs might be finished in a few hours, but more difficult issues might take a day or longer. In some instances, it can take a few days to a week to finish the repair if special parts need to be ordered. Consult with a reputable fridge repair provider to get the best estimate.
Ice machine repairs are typically conducted by professional appliance repair technicians or specialized HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) technicians. Many appliance repair companies offer services for ice machine repair, including diagnosis, maintenance, and fixing issues like clogs, leaks, or electrical problems. Some ice machine manufacturers may also have certified service providers. It's crucial to choose a reputable and experienced technician or company to ensure the proper repair and maintenance of your ice machine to avoid downtime and extend its lifespan.

Upon arrival Middle Fryer unit was on and not sending a hi temp alarm. 3 baskets of fries were dropped and one of hash browns. The alarm did not happen. The temperature of the oil was tested and is within range on the display. Upon inspection the one relay was removed and looks a little smoky, this could cause the coil of the heater contactor to stick. Will order 2 and have replaced. Right now unit holding temp and nothing is sticking. Will order 2 relays and return. 10/7/20 Installed 2 relays and dropped 4 baskets. Hi temp alarm did not occur. Watched unit to see if error would occur and it did not.

Tried to jump the floats out, etc but the board will not close it. Tried every thing I can think of but unit does not come out of the fill cycle. Needs new control board, float and 1 switch has high ohm value and the vacuum breaker leaks. 5-31-17 Disassembled and installed new control board and float parts.
