Job Locations and Reviews
Arrived at location on 6/9/22 - Unit was on but the condensing unit was not running because the thermostat contacts were stuck open. I replaced the thermostat and checked pressures. They were just slightly low and I could not find a leak in the system. I added refrigerant and unit came down to temp.
Thank you for your positive feedback!Thank you for sharing your kind words with us. It means the world to us and to our entire team!
Arrived at location on 11/5/21 - loaded oven in box truck and delivered to site. removed oven from skid and installed legs. Moved range out of kitchen and moved convection oven into place and moved fryers down so outlet was accessible for convection oven. Connected gas hose and plumbed into gas line. Tested operation of oven and let unit fire up but didn't let heat and cycle due to hood not working yet. Install complete.
Arrived at location on 7/29/21 - Left oven needs thermocouple and right oven needs ignition module located on back of unit, right side. Moved fryers over to access and will need moved back upon completion. Spoke to Adam and he wants parts qwp with an extra module as a back up. Returned to location on 8/3/21 - Replaced thermocouple on left oven and ignition module on right oven. Sys ops ok. Left extra module with bartender.
Removed and replaced bad compressor on Reach-In Cooler. Reclaimed refrigerant, installed new components and filter drier. Charged system with 250psi of nitrogen and let stand for 30 minutes with no drop in pressure. Vacuumed system to 500 microns and let stand for 30 minutes. Charged system with 134A refrigerant to factory specs and started unit, Checked amp draw and ensured system is operating correctly. System is full of product and is dropping in temp.

Found CHA Dishwasher actual leak is from loose water probe. Removed probe, replaced damaged seal, cleaned and reassembled. tested okay.
Reach-In Cooler Unit was too cold and making loud noise. Noise was coming from fan blade hitting wire, moved wire and zip tied in place. Ice ball in back of evaporator coil due to refrigerant leak. Found leak in evaporator coil. Added Freon to system. Suction pressure is low due to a partially clogged capillary tube. Temp control looked corroded. Will send estimate for repair. **Travel on WO# 172660
Found air temp around outside condensing units very hot on TRU Reach-In Cooler. Coil was clogged. Cleaned condenser coil. Unit is running cooler. Recommend coils be cleaned at least twice a year.
Found motor overload tripped. Re set and tested. Found all legs @ 7.8 amp. Tested all with customer Bruce-ok. Could not find any problems or duplicate the problem 02/16/17 Per customer motor just hums. Motor over load tripped once tested-ok. Checked drain sink and found metal pieces and a utensil stuck in pump intake. With scope looked @ impellars. Okay Tested okay
Unit was making ice when I arrived. Checked error codes & found unit had shut off on slow water fill. Water pressure is currently ok but they said they had a pressure issue this morning. Unit is working properly at this time except the condenser fan motor is intermittently making a rattling noise. Will order new motor. -- I replaced condenser fan motor and checked operation 09/26/16 Chuck S
