Signed in at front, met John around back. Said booster heater was leaking, from the back. Turned booster on and filled the dishwasher. Dishwasher very slow to fill, found only filling at 9 psi. Found pressure reducing valve before booster and turned pressure up. Once unit was full, ran a few cycles and booster started to leak. Adjusted pressure down to 22 psi. Unit finished filling. Ran unit and booster heated, rinse temps are 185, booster set to 190. Booster leaks worst when idle. No voltage leak past contactor or shorts to ground. Hubbell thermometer/pressure gauge before pressure reducing valve is pegged. Will need replacement. 3/22/21 Replaced gauge and relief valve. filled unit and tested. ran multiple trays through then let unit sit idle. no leaks, good to go.
Had customer run a few racks of dishes and there was a lot of soap left on dishes. Spoke with Jackson, the rinse time is unchangeable but I was able to adjust the chemical use. After that we ran a few more racks and it was a lot better. ***Warranty claim rejected -- Chemical adjustments are not covered under warranty***
Examined unit. Found bottom motor not turning. 212 vac at motor. 60 amp fuse open on fuse panel. Replaced fuse (fuse supplied by customer). Bottom motor needs to be replaced. EMERGENCY CALL OUT. 3-6-17 Removed and replaced bottom motor. Fully heated oven. Tested good.
Garland Clamshell Grill Tech found left head not gapped correctly, was corrected and the right head okay. Ran 3 tests and temps were good and colar is good, all is okay
