Commercial Hot Water Dispenser Installation. A client decided to upgrade its amenities by installing a brand-new commercial hot water dispenser. Our dedicated installation team arrived at the establishment, well-prepared for the task. We meticulously positioned the hot water dispenser in a convenient and accessible location within the café. Our experts then connected it to the water supply, ensuring a seamless flow of hot water at the desired temperature. To guarantee optimal performance, we fine-tuned the dispenser's settings and conducted thorough testing. Arrived at location on 5/6/21 to service steamer. Turned off to let drain and found fill valve was constantly filling. Found wired to have constant 40v to valve and will shut with breaker off. With breaker on and unit powered down it stays open and overflows generator. Will order fill valve and return. Replaced valve turned on verified no leaks, let fill and steam unit is operating correctly at this time.
found Dishwasher Pass-Through unit drained. filled and ran with tim. found issue is auto/manual switch was in the manual mode and was causing it to stay in a wash cycle. put in auto mode and found unit to run as it should.
Recovered Reach-In Cooler refrigerant. Removed failed compressor, start components and filter drier. Installed new compressor. Leak checked system. Charged system and checked operation unit operating normally at this time.

Found Oven unit not heating, looked over found 24b to module 24v to gas valve found gas pressure from valve. found no spark, replaced module turned on found to heat, cycled unit and allowed to heat to temp. Unit is operating correctly at this time.
Found Combi Oven unit not turning on, checked 5p ensure no a,p draw when powered supplied to unit found okay. Found hi limit for generator was tripped and could not be reset, found end of cap tube showed signs of being burnt or shorted out, believe tube was shorted out causing un-resetable damage to hi limit. Will order new hi limit for generator, outboard hi limit and return to replace. 8/8/19 Removed the faulty high limit and installed new. Then checked operation and the unit was calling for descaling. I pulled the water level probe and it was clean and nothing was grounded. I had some issues getting into the service manual because the dip switches were corroded. I tried resetting the descaler mode since we already descaled it but it wouldn't work. I checked the drain pump operation and it was fine. I called Rational and they had me check a few other things and found the water level probe wasn't sensing at all. I shut the unit down and water off. We will need to order parts and re
Found Dishwasher Commander unit booster heater contactor chattering. Checked voltage to contactor coil, found 24 vac then dropping to 22 vac causing contactor to chatter. Spoke with Jason at Insinger tech support. He says this is normal operation. **Travel Charges Billed on wo #184563**
When I showed up the fryer was empty so I put water in for testing. I checked thermopile readings and they were good but when the main burner came on the millvolts continued to drop until the gas valve didn't have enough power and shut off. The gas pressure was too low and when the burners came on the pilot died down and wasn't generating proper voltage. After making adjustments the millvolts stayed at 270. The unit is working fine at this time...
Found Walk-In Freezer unit with door seal badly burned. Found door heaters shorted to box wall. Disconnected door heaters so unit can be ran until door seal and heaters are replaced.
Found no power to start components on Reach-In Freezer. Found molex connector from power pak to control module burned. Will need start components and wire harness replaced. 2-5-19 Opened up the unit and checked components and I was missing the other side of the plug that was burnt That went to the start components and confessor fan motor. I spoke to tech support and he didn't want to deal with part numbers so he sent me to parts. They put me on hold and when they finally came back they said they would have to look into it and call me back. I''m waiting to hear back from the manufacturer for proper part number needed. 2-13-19 Removed failed start components and compressor power cord. Installed lower pack and power cord using cord kit. Energized unit and checked operation unit operating normally at this time.
Found Microwave unit off. Looked over unit found f8 low temp error. Entered test mode tested mags and blower found okay. Tested heaters found no amp draw. Checked solid state relay found to have voltage to it but not closing. Replaced relay turned unit on. Tested heaters found to heat. Ran product through unit Found okay. Unit is operating correctly at this time.
Found Pitco Fryer unit off. Replaced drain valve, temp probe, and high limit. Had difficulty accessing high limit due to the dried grease around it. Plugged unit in, filled with oil, allowed unit to heat to 350 degrees and ran product through unit. Found okay. Unit is operating correctly at this time.
Checked operation and the Plate Heater/Dispenser unit didn't turn on at all. I pulled it apart and found the back of the power light was cracked and also the neutral is broken somewhere in the cord. We will need to order parts and return to repair. 9-24-18 Found unit off. Found new light to be wrong part. Installed new power cord. Turned unit on, verified power to unit and found light to be working but is cracked inside. Zip tied light closed to prevent shorting out. Will reorder light to verify incorrect part. Unit is operating normally at this time. 10-19-18 Installed new light, had to modify it to work. Tested, all okay at this time.
Found Steamer unit with bad heating elements and contactors. Will order and replace. Will need to verify voltage and check all operations when parts installed. 9-7-18 Jim N-Removed covers from steamer. Found wires jumping start contactor to element contactor could not be reused. Also need both lower elements. per Robin at Cleveland 2=FK103881=heating element - need to size wire and get locally, no part number for this item. 9-17-18 Removed failed heating elements, contactors and jumper wires and replaced. Kitchen has been reconfigured and this unit is no longer used. Could not energize to check operations as no power or water was available.
Found Combi Oven unit with only 1 of 3 heating elements working. will need to replace elements. 7-26-18 Arrived on site, could not immediately enter kitchen as no one was available for escort. Removed failed heating element. Installed new upgrade kit. Energized unit and checked operation. Unit operating normally at this time.
Found ALS Combi Oven unit with power. but control unresponsive. Pulled control, checked switch and control, found control has power but will not turn on. Pulled control apart to check connections, then put together and it powered up. Possible control issue - if issue returns we will need to order control.
Looked over ALS Combi oven unit, found stuck in lock out mode. Up one checking, found inside control bad at data cable terminal. Will need new control, also found igniter shorted. Found booster heater leaking inside cabinet. Removed cover and insulation. Found hole in top of tank, 3 contactors need replaced, element gaskets need replaced and 1 fuse. Customer would like quote on new booster heater.
Found right side oven's convection blower not energizing. found door switch broken, removed gas valve brackets to access door switch, wired common and normally closed wires together to run motor continuously until new switch is installed. 12-28-17 replaced door switch, checked operation found okay. checked over oven unit, found every few seconds, belt jumps. Looked over belt, found a lot of burnt food under the belt. Took chain off and lubed up. found no obvious signs of issue, other than the build up of burnt food.Advised customer to get cleaned and if issue is still there after cleaning, we will return in the morning to re-check unit.
checked over BLO oven unit, found ignitor control locked out. Checked wires and found spark terminal loose on control severed, reset,unit heated, noticed carousel would not stop spinning. Took top cover off, found belt bad. Will need changed along with idler arm assembly and bearings. Spoke with Tyler, wants us to order the control, and will let us know about the other parts. 10-25-17 Spoke with Tyler on phone, order all parts QWP (Expedited Freight). 10-26-17 removed belt, idler arm assy, rack and pulley. Found carousel support badly and pulley badly worn. Installed all parts for carousel and replaced ignition module. Energized and checked operation. 10-27-17 had to adjust carousel, stopping backwards, adjusted so it stops the correct way, front side. Found module out on control module fault. Checked and pulled all connections, cleaned and reconnected all wires. Tested unit, found ok, if issue persists will need to replace the module. 10-30-17 found unit on and up to temp, let cool,
found oven unit buzzing/chattering. Opened up control, found buzzers chattering due to bad probe(s). Called tech support, Mike said either probes would cause that. Found when probes unplugged, made different tone of chatter. Got the closest to same tone with cavity temp sensor. Also when in ding mode, meat probe shorted as well. Will need both. 10/04/17 removed probes, had major issue with meat probe fittings, would not come out without force. Got it out, installed new. Ran in both modes, had no issues , unit okay at this time.
