Commercial Kitchen Equipment Repair Service. Arrived at location on 6/16/23 - Unit was at proper temperature and cycled off when I arrived, I cycled unit several times with no problems, I found unit set at 34 degrees which I changed to 37, since air probe was a problem previously I recommend we replace probe, customer would like part ordered and replaced. Returned to location on 6/26/23 - Replaced control sensor and waited for unit to come down to temperature and is working properly at this time.
Arrived at location on 12/29/22 - While on-site. Noticed start button missing off the disposal by dishwasher. Ask manager and he said yeah. Needs fixed. It works. But he hardly ever uses it. Arrived at location on 6/20/22 - While on site for other issues Jessica asked me to look at the sink to the right of the sauté line. She also wanted me to look at the drain for the hot well at the right of the sauté line. Found cold water side leaking on the valve. Hot side didn’t look good either. The drain line runs very hot water down it and has disintegrated the drain valve. Went to APR supply in new Oxford and gathered all parts needed. They needed to order the TNS brass parts. They will be available for pick up tomorrow morning. Returned to location on 6/21/22 - Picked up parts from APR supply in new Oxford and drove to site. Made new drain line with new valve and installed. Replaced both sink cartridges and turned water on. There is no more leak at the drain line or the sink valve. The hot well that the drain goes to is deteriorating at the bottom and is leaking slightly. I advise Jessica on this so she is aware. Complete
Arrived at location on 6/1/22 - Upon investigation I found that the drain line hose was knocked out of the drain pan. I repositioned drain hose back into pan. Unit is running properly as of now.

Will need to order gauge then come back when not busy and take weight apart and clean. Returned to location on 4/22/22 - Pulled weight assembly. Cleaned all fittings. Went to put new gauge on, it’s defective. So put old gauge back on. Heated unit up, had my drop fries. Went to green, blew off as should. U it working fine. Completed. Arrived at location on 3/7/22 - Bottom pizza oven, pilot lit but burner would not light. Heated the mercury bulb with lighter, got it to fire off. Cleaned bulb. Adjusted pilot up higher. Cleaned pilot best could without taking chance of breaking bulb. Did not try to remove pilot or bulb. When do it breaks most of the time. Oven lit now. Working. If quits again will probably have to do the upgrade kit and new stat. Plus would replace the gas shut off valves that have vise grips on them now. Completed. Working at this time.
Arrived at location on 2/28/22 - The ice was too thick so I checked both floats and they were working. I watched unit fill at the beginning of the cycle and the water pressure was very high, and the reservoir overflowed. I was able to close the ball valve slightly to reduce the flow rate to the machine, and the reservoir filled to the proper level and then made a normal sheet of ice.
