Arrived on, 8/14/23- Joe Arrived onsite. Located unit. Found error 34 coming up immediately upon “quick clean” or any cleaning cycle. Found gasket torn. Will need a new door gasket. Pulled unit from wall. Removed treated waterline (left side from back) and water was good. Removed untreated water line and water pressure was not present. Water was barley coming out of untreated line. Will need a plumber to fix water issue. Tried to locate blockage in line and could not locate. Pipe goes in the wall to right up unit and into ceiling. Will order gasket and return to location. Can’t fix water issue. Will need plumber. Returned on, 8/18/23- Chad Arrived to location and spoke to Eric. Unit was currently in use. Allowed time for him to finish preparing morning products. Changed out door gasket and checked fit and function. Had staff prepare more product and observed no visible steam leaks. Cook times will improve greatly. Unit back in service.
Arrived and found that the fryer burners would not light and the pilot light is also dim. Could not hear any gas coming from the pilot light. Found the quick disconnect was not snapped into place properly. Got it snapped into place and the burners were able to light.

Arrived at location on 9/23/22 - Middle fryer pilot would not light. I attempted to light but it would not light. I turned LP off and I removed old Pilot assembly and wiring. Installed new pilot assembly and had to change terminal ends before wiring to match connections on gas valve. This proved time consuming. After installing new pilot assembly I turned LP back on and attempted to light pilot. Pilot lit right away and stayed lit. I then put thermostat on 350° and burners lit right away. Observed fryer for 15 minutes and water in vat heated up. Fryer back in service. Advised Angela.
Arrived at location on 6/25/21 found breakers tripped for left front and rear. Pulled element and saw arch on terminal. Turned breaker off and pulled all range elements and put heat shrink over bare metal and terminals. Put all back together and applied power. Turned all burners on and tested. All burners heated and no shorts. Unit is operational job complete
arrived on site and checked in with MOD. began process to of ice machine cleaning. water hoses began to crack and break. unit leaking water. shut unit off as well as main water valve to unit. complied parts list for repair. will order parts and return to repair.
Arrived at location and shut off fryers. Removed filter pan and disassemble and removed motor/pump assy. Installed new pump and motor. Power on and pump motor runs. Dumped hot oil in and it returns the oil. Customer now back in service. Customer now filtering vats.
Found Reach-In Freezer Unit at -2F when arrived fans and lights working unit cooling properly. Found wire to door heater rubbed through and shorted disconnected power to door heater. Cabinet door frame heater is working properly. Manager does not want quote to replace door at this time. They will call if it becomes an issue.
Checked Salvajor Disposer unit, found thermal overload tripped. reset and tested to see if I could move by hand. it was locked up. uninstalled and removed lid. got to move, couldn't find anything stuck in teeth. moved back and forth for awhile and got semi free. When I reinstalled and tested made a load noise and was dragging. Unit is no good, sounds like bearings and windings are making noise. Unit down, should be replaced. Per Cathy quote new unit installed.
CENTER Vulcan range oven, all top pilots are clogged, need all new. Okay per Todd to order and replace. okay. 6/6/19 Disassembled and removed the old pilot tubing and installed new tips and tubing. Cleaned burners. Lit pilots and adjusted. Now have pilots and burners light . make up air blows down on the top of the range causing pilots to be blown around and may go out. Customer may block the holes above the range to help it. In service.
Checked Pitco gas fryer. check and found pilot not staying on. pilot flame very poor. Disassembled pilot burner and replaced pilot orifice along with thermo-pile, brought fryer into operation, pilot relit with ease, pilot flame good and strong. Brought fryer into heat mode. fryer heating properly and thermostat cycling off at temperature of 350°. Checked temperature, okay, reading 355°. fryer in service
checked out unit. set temp to 150 degrees and checked actual temp with meter. cycled off at 186 degrees. then set to 275 degrees and unit cycled off at 250 degrees. set to 350 which is what unit was set for upon arrival and unit cycled off at 298 degrees. checked temp control board and have proper voltage in. board is not operating correctly. do not have part on van stock. spoke to mike @Vulcan and got part #00-913149=temp control board. will order through shop and return. 5/16/18 Installed new Temp controller. Turn on. Let heat to 250. Cycled off at 230. Adjusted controller. Set to 350. Heated and is maintaining that temp. Back in Service.
Found Under Counter Refrigerator Unit running low charge, high side Schrader loose.Tightened and recharged Unit. Unit cooling properly.
Found no output from bottom 24v transformer on Cleveland steamer, so customer can use. Will order transformer. 1-29-18 Returned and replaced transformer. unit in use.
Found wire burned off of terminal at limit on steam table. Several patches in wire. Replaced whole length. Unit now heats & in use. **travel time and miles140224
Steaming okay. Problem is with filter system. Flow meter is beeping indicating to change filters. Spoke to Charles @ SBR. Filters not a warranty issue. Need 2. P/N 1400713 $450/ea. 120v to unit. 3.5" wc NG.
Found belt jacked and chain wrapped around itself. Reversed motor and got free. Got conveyor where it was supposed to be. Ran conveyor. Working as it should now.
Found float switch for power rinse fill control sticking. Unit was flooding tank with fresh water and pulling temp down. Once got to stop filing temp went up. to 164F. Okay to order float switch. 4/7/17 Replaced switch for power rinse fill. On arrival fill was not shutting off. Also, sometimes heat would not come on for power rinse. Had to pull switch and magnet disk out and reposition magnet on disk. Tank now fills and does not overflow. Ran machine and tank temp was 166. Range 160-190. Unit needs bearing on rack agiitator. Sandy said okay to order.
Unit in use. Final and wash temps are good. Power rinse temp at 138. Temped water in tank. Over 150. Need new thermometer. Will obtain and return. 3/2/17 Replaced thermometer. Customer started to use machine so temp never got to where it was supposed to be. Got them to stop to see if temp increases. Ran after it was stopped for a while. Temp was 166F. Unit in use.
Unit in use. Rinse burner and blower lights are off. Power rinse tank at 140. Found limit was tripped. Reset and now power rinse is heating. Temps are rising. Cleaned the pump motor grills. All coated in dust. Customer was using unit rinse temp up to 160F. Drain out and refill unit several times- ok. Cleaned prewash screen to pump. Was blocked. Refill and reheat & run unit. Power wash 153. Power rinse 160. Final rinse 180. Problem with fill is intermittent and has not happened this time, Customer said do not order anything at this time. In service.
Found switch bad on Plate Heater/Dispenser. Replaced with same type lighted indicator switch, Unit now turns on and heats. In use.
