Arrived at location on 5/6/22 - Customer explained unit wouldn’t turn on. Checked toggle switch and all electrical. Did not find any obvious issues. Front cover with membrane switch is damaged. Recommended replacement as well as de-scaling when repairing if needed. Returning tech should open tank and check for scale as customer said unit hasn’t been de-scaled in a few years. Watched unit brew a few times and found no issues with power. Customer said unit leaks between brews but was not able to make happen. Said possible scale had solenoid stuck open unless water level probe intermittently failing but neither showed issues when brewing. Also when return for repair and unit is open should check outlet for hot water spicier and inside gasket of water sprocket for clogs. Returned to location on 5/16/22 - De-scaled unit and scraped out calcium and sediment. Replaced front display and ran a few batches. All is good at this time.

Checked over Griddle unit. found working, customer described issues and we will order new nat regulator and return. 3-15-19 Replaced regulator and tested. found all okay at this time.

Found Gas Fryer unit off and empty off oil. Removed old thermostat and installed new thermostat. Josh the manager stated they were not ready to run unit and and said they would test new thermostat themselves.

Found Gas Fryer unit on. Looked over unit, checked millivolts from thermopile, found to be low. Replaced old thermopile with new thermopile. Lit pilot lit burners let unit heat and checked for normal cycling. Found okay. Unit operates normally at this time. **Travel Charges billed on wo# 170250**

Middleby Nat Gas Oven Tech - cleaned pilot, adjusted burners. Ran unit, found ok. If problem continues, will have to make further adjustment on burner. Also unit needs to be re-brushed.
