Arrived at location on 5/10/21. The unit was found to have Ice but up on the evaporator. This was defrosted, gauges were installed and the unit was found to be low on charge. The unit was charged with 20oz of refrigerant and was leak checked with bubbles. A leak could not be found.

examined Fryer unit, not heating. 240v at plug for element. Opened element cover found voltage not passing through limit. Tried to reset, not able to, will need to be replaced. Unit is down. 1=89-0006=hi limit 1/4/2021 Removed oil heater, replaced hi limit, reinstalled and tested. Unit heated to 335 and cycled off. Customer cooked product, unit displayed SFT after 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Found hose loose on air switch. Cut back and reseated, ran unit 4 more times. No longer displaying any errors.

Found the Ice Machine unit off on error. Cleared the error and tested. Found the sump pump was not pumping water. Disassembled and got the magnetic impeller to turn. The condenser coil was dirty so I cleaned it with black hawk then rinsed. Tested and found the unit was not making a batch of ice only a very thin sheet. The unit was not filling with enough water. Checked the inlet supply valve and also the soliniod strainer. The valve must not be opening all the way. The unit started to do some strange things then. Sometimes it would be ok and work normally others it would not go into harvest and the evaporator would freeze solid. Will quote a new control board, a fill soliniod and a harvest float. Note: quoting additional repairs, closing out this work order.

Examined Gas Fryer unit. thermopile is green and swelled. lit pilot. pilot pressure too high causing excessive wear on thermopile. removed and replaced thermopile. adjusted pilot gas pressure down and tested. waited for unit to cycle and checked temps. good to go

Examined Sink faucet, snapped off inside. Irreparable, sourced new faucet assembly locally. Plumbing beneath faucet needed replacement due to having bad shut off valve on hot side and wrong fittings attached for new faucet. Old faucet had to be cut, pulled away from wall to get to nut. No wall mount, installed one that came with new faucet. Checked for leaks, replaced copper line for pan soak detergent with plastic. No leaks, unit functions as it should.

Replaced Plate Heater/Dispenser blower motor,element, and high limit supplied by customer. Wires going to switch and through high limit crunchy, cut back and replaced connectors. Reused blower wheel as was not supplied by customer, still in good shape. Tested unit, pulling 16a through incoming black power wire. Unit was filled with plates and allowed to heat. Good to go

Arrived on site and the new Range unit was inside. Old unit was removed along with gas line. Installed new gas line with new regulator and checked for leaks. New unit was installed and pilots were lit. The unit was run for operation. Everything is operational except for fans for oven, there is not a power source. Unit was also leveled. Performed start up, 4.5 in wc.

Examined Warming Cabinet unit, thermostat bulb missing. Temp gauge pegged at 160°. Checked element resistance, 50 ohms across the board. Unit needs two sets of door seals. Note: quoting additional repairs, closing out this work order.

examined Steamer unit, found top timer came loose and fell inside control panel and wiring came off timer rewire timer backup as per wiring diagram and mounted timer back in place, tested operation, tested good, timer working

Found Dishwasher unit leaking at gaskets for wash tank wash arms manifold took apart and made gasket and installed, tested okay

Examined Ice machine and found water distribution tube mount broken off. Made repair and cleaned ice machine. Checked operation. Adjusted thickness.

Removed and replaced glass top plate. Silicon-ed in place. Left pots of water on unit to hold glass down until dry. Note: unit cannot be used until May 1, 2017.
