Commercial Kitchen Appliance Repair: Addressing wear and tear on cutting boards in a food prep station, I replaced the damaged boards. This ensures hygienic food preparation surfaces and prevents cross-contamination.
Commercial Exhaust Hood Maintenance. Encountering issues with the grease trap affecting the exhaust hood's efficiency, I promptly replaced the malfunctioning grease trap with precision. This vital replacement not only ensured optimal capture and removal of grease but also enhanced the overall performance of the exhaust hood, contributing to a cleaner and healthier kitchen environment.
Installation of reverse osmosis water filtration system. Replaced the current system on the wall with the new filtration system and tested for proper function.
Arrived at location and started doing the Garland clam Pm. Pulled unit and replaced the Platen Gaskets and the shaft seals. Cleaned the shafts and lubed . Cleaned the pillow blocks .Cleaned the inside if the grill. Wire connections are tight. Plugs are all ok. Cords are stiff but are ok. Did the temp calibrations and platen leveling. Did beef integrity and 10.1s are above 155 ° F and 4.1s are 175° and better . Completed the pm check list. Grill is ok and the recertification is complete. Recert # 1395914 . In service.

Examined Vulcan braiser unit, tilted skillet, held switch, tried to light - no gas, confirmed manifold valve on ignition module sparking, getting voltage to valve, found black knob in off position - turned valve on, pilot and main flame light and hold all burners are working
Removed and replaced steam generator per quote. Unit in use.
