First, check the cooler's thermostat to make certain it is on a cool enough setting. If the thermostat is set correctly, check that the rear of the evaporator coil is clean and that there is adequate air movement. Finally, inspect that the walk-in cooler door closes fully and the seal is in place. If everything checks out and the commercial walk-in is still not cooling, call in a professional for troubleshooting and repair.

Product is burning in Bun Toaster. Spoke to Eric at AJ Anturnes. We went through settings. Found System Temps were not what they were supposed to be. He asked about the front and rear curtains. They were on top of the toaster and not on the rear and entrance where they should be. Said to put them on because not being on will affect the temps. I put them on and we did a factory reset. Said to let it heat back to the proper temps and then run muffins. If they are still burning then call back. It heated to temp and I ran muffins. They still came out burnt around the edges. Called back and spoke to Joe. Eric was at lunch. We rechecked settings. All was okay. Joe had me drop the muffin color from 750 to 730. Ran muffins but still burning. Had me check the relays. 7.5 amps. That was okay. Said we should change all 3 probes. Will obtain and return. Joe said this call won't be covered under warranty because the customer did not call them first. The return trip and parts will be covered. Will
