Commercial Kitchen Equipment Repair near Laurel St. When we got a call from a commercial client regarding their blast chiller that was not operating, we quickly came out to assist. When I arrived at the business, I promptly got to work addressing the client’s issue. After inspecting the blast chiller, I determined the cause of the performance failure to be the lack of coolant in the appliance. I added coolant in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations and the blast chiller was up and running again in no time. The client was grateful to have a working freezing unit in their establishment.
Arrived at location on 4/4/23 - Examination of the unit. Found the door handle in the lock position causing the handle not to close properly. The customer does not have a key and a piece of the lock is broken. Put oil in the fryer and let heat fryer hold temp at 360. Will order a new door handle per Trish and call the customer when the part comes in so they could open the door. Returned to location on 4/13/23 - Removed and replaced door latch kit. Unit tested good.
Issue with refrigerated display case fogging up and collecting condensation even when the doors haven't been opened. Ensured that room temp was not too warm. Checked air inlets and vents to make sure they weren't blocked. Checked cooler's fan system and replaced malfunctioning components.
Arrived at location on 11/3/22 - Arrived found unit on and hot, middle of griddle off. Waited for customer to finish. Lifted top, middle right element getting 120 volts. Thermostat checked good. Found 2 burnt wires on element and replaced. Element got 208 after replacing. Tested unit. Unit is fully operational.
Arrived at location on 8/31/22 - Examine unit found blower motor not turning check frequency drive board no power out to motor. 120 volts to board green and yellow light lit yellow light means board waiting for signal. Called Cleveland tech support went in to programming blower motor working not working in cook cycle found relay board bad will order part. Returned to location on 9/7/22 - Removed and replaced relay board tested same issue, fan not running called Cleveland tech support back and found door switch bad removed relay board and installed old one customer wanted relay board for spare part will order 2. door switches. Returned to location on 9/12/22 - removed top and slid cover off of unit. Removed bad switch and installed new. Reinstalled cover and top portion. Tested, unit works in all modes and fan spins.
Arrived at location on 1/25/22 - Tested the unit and found the condenser fan cycling switch not allowing the motor to come on and the unit was tripping the high pressure switch. Juan approved me going to get a fan cycling control. Installed and wired in the control along with installing an access tee. Turned the unit on and tested. The freezer is up and running.
Arrived at location on 8/16/21 - Found unit not surface igniter pulling zero rampage draw 24 volts to igniter. Replaced hot surface igniter and tested unit main burners cycled on unit came up to set temp tested ok.
Examined Refrigerated Drawer unit and found unit turned off. Switched unit on, has a delay. Waited 3 minutes, compressor did not start. No power at receptacle. Found circuit breaker tripped. Reset breaker and checked operation. Amperage draw ok at 7 amps. Let unit cycle several times.
returned for service found error 26 on combi oven, drain valve not closing, installed new touch screen steam ignition and meat probe with new touch screen. Tech could access programming, set unit back to factory specs - tested drain valve, no response on opening and closing, will order part. 8/21/19 returned for service, pulled unit out to access drain valve, had to remove drain from oven to remove drain valve, replaced drain valve, tested in all functions, tested good.

Checked the Under Counter Refrigerator unit and found it on. The thermometer inside the box said 46 degrees Fahrenheit. Checked out the unit. It was cycling off on temperature and it felt cold. Put a thermometer inside the box. It said the unit shut off at 35 degrees Fahrenheit. The unit did not come on at 41.9 degrees Fahrenheit so I turned the control a half turn clockwise until the compressor started. Allowed the unit to drop temperature again. The low pressure control is sticking and should be replaced. Need to get one. The customer would like a quote. Note: quoting additional repairs, closing out this work order
Examined Dispenser unit and found compressor not running and temp at 55 degrees.Display shows 32 degrees. Traced problem to temp probe. Customer wants part expedited. 7-16-19 Returned and installed a new temp probe, turned unit on and checked operation. Cycled off at 32 degrees.
Tried to punch the code into kiosk and it would not take it. Had the manager try to and the same. Called Steve, the dispatcher, he never took it out of the new work order status. Finally got clocked in. Found toaster on at Wendy's. Turned off and centered belt. Turned on and adjusted gap settings for bun tops. Also found the belt will intermittently turn off. Found cover switch not making all the time. Got cardboard in back and put fiberglass tape over it and taped to lid top. Unit working. Tested 20 or 30 buns. Needs new safety switch. 3/27/17 Wendy's did not know where the switch was at first. Finally they looked in the office and found it. Disassembled and installed new interlock switch (customer provided). Removed bug from lid to keep old switch closed. Assembled and tested.
Examined unit. Found display in program mode. Turned unit off and back on, still in program mode. Unable to exit program mode. Removed top, unplugged touch pad from controller. Unit went to ready to brew. Plugged touch pad back in, went back into program mode. Will order touch pad and return. Returned and removed top and funnel sensors. Removed and replaced membrane. Reassembled unit, let heat to temp.
Examined grill. Found 2 burners bad and others blocked. Also found grate adjustment needs repaired. Made temporary repairs to get running. Will order new burners, 2 pilot orfices and parts for adjustment. -- Examined unit. Replaced burners, pilots, lock and bar assembly. Put back together and tested. Unit up and running.
Examined unit (FM Fryer). Drain switch not always working. Got okay to bypass. All okay.
