Filters for commercial steamer equipment dirty and time to be replaced. Removed existing filters and performed installation of new steamer filters. Flushed the new filters for 10 minutes before use.

Arrived at location 1/10/23 - Found front leg to caster screws missing on both front legs and wheels bent back. Customer had set unit on blocks. Replaced missing screws on right side. Went to line up and replaced left and other screw popped out. Put unit on its back and aligned and replaced other screw. Sys ops ok.

Checked out Glastender Glass Washer unit and found the unit was leaking water out the front of the unit. pulled front cover off and found hose leaking so replace it. checked operation, ok.

Found right oven pilot safety will not latch open on VHL Range. Replaced thermolcouple, tested, same. Replaced pilot safety. Tested okay.
